1. No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we cannot accept returns on any converted media (e.g., USB drives, DVDs, or digital files). Once a media conversion has been completed, it is non-returnable.

2. Refunds

• Service Errors: If an error occurs on our end (e.g., technical issues that result in poor quality or incomplete conversions), we will work with you to resolve the issue and may issue a partial or full refund, depending on the extent of the error.
• Customer Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the final result, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your converted media, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
• Non-refundable Circumstances: Refunds are not available if the original media format or quality is unsuitable for a successful conversion (e.g., damaged tapes or poor-quality film). We will inform you of any potential issues before starting the process.

3. Pre-Approval of Original Media Condition

All original media must be provided in usable condition. If there are signs of severe damage, we will notify you and may suggest alternatives or discontinue the service if we cannot ensure quality results.
