How To Order
  1. Each service falls under one of the following categories: Video, Audio, Videotape Repair, Audiotape Repair, Photo/Slides and Film.
  2. If you want to view only one category there is Category drop down list on the top left of the table. If you want to reset to all products, there is a Reset link to the right of the Category drop down list.
  3. If you need one service like videotapes to DVD, you can enter the number of tapes in the quantity field and click the Add to cart under the Action column. You will see a floating cart to let you know how many items you have in the cart and the total cost. You can remove items from the cart either using the floating cart or clicking the Cart menu option and going to the cart itself.
  4. If you need multiple services, click the check box to the left of that service, enter the quantity for each line item, then click the Add To Cart button above the table on the right. Again, you will see a floating cart keeping track of your inputs. You can remove items from the cart either using the floating cart or clicking the Cart menu option and going to the cart itself.

Shipping Tips
  1. Use any service you normally use – Post Office, UPS, Fedex, DHL.  Try to use fix rate boxes if they are offered.
  2. Always use packing material like bubble wrap or peanuts to protect your media.
  3. Use good packing tape both on the top, bottom and edges of the box to ensure the box is sealed securely.
  4. Write or stamp the words “Fragile” all over the box to ensure your shipper handles your box with care.
